Orders
Orders are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Stock errors
- Pricing errors
- Fraud suspicion
💰 In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Swap, Payment & Fulfilment
Swap orders are handed over at Pick Up in Lewisham NSW 2049, at your door with Home Swap where we offer it, or by post Australia-wide (Post Swap). Pick Up and Home Swap can be paid by card, PayPal or in person at the handover. Post Swap is paid by card, or by PayPal when you choose Get yours now. A swap with nothing extra to pay needs no payment.
Buy orders are posted Australia-wide, or collected free with Local Pickup in Lewisham NSW 2049. They can be paid by card, PayPal, PayID or bank transfer, or in person when you collect.
Card payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, are processed by Stripe. Repo Credits can go towards either kind of order.
Reservation fees are non-refundable but are deducted from your final purchase price.

Games You Send Us
These terms apply to every game you send or bring us, in a swap or a trade-in.
Each game must:
- come in its original case. We don't accept games without one.
- work: the cartridge reads and starts up.
- be free of cracks, warping, heavy scratches and any modification.
Light wear from normal use may be acceptable.
We check every game when it reaches us. The price or swap value shown when you order is confirmed only after that check, and our decision on a game's condition and value is final.
If a game doesn't meet these standards:
- If its case is damaged or isn't the original, we may take $5 per game off its value.
- For any other problem, we don't accept the game. You can collect it from us in Lewisham NSW 2049, or we post it back to you at your cost.
- We tell you before we go ahead with the rest of your order.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
✓ Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
We email you about your orders, swaps and trade-ins. These messages are part of the service and are not optional while an order is open.
Member perks emails are separate and entirely optional. We only send them if you ask us to — creating an account does not sign you up. When you do subscribe, we email you as a perk, swap deal or member-only offer goes live, and you can leave at any time. There are two ways, and both take one click:
- the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any perks email
- the email toggle on your Dashboard or My Perks page
Leaving the perks list never affects your order emails, and we do not sell or share your address.
Changes
We may update these policies periodically. Updated versions will be published on this website.
