Swap Orders
- In-Person — Meet in Sydney to swap directly

Buy Orders
- Locker Pickup — Collect from a nearby parcel locker (Sydney)
- Post — Shipped to your door (AU-wide)
Payment Methods
Swap Orders
- Card — Pay online via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Pay in Person — Pay at the counter during in-person pickup
Even swap? Pay nothing — just exchange your game for another one.
Buy Orders
- Card — Pay online via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- PayID / Bank Transfer — Manual transfer with order confirmation after receipt
RepoSwitch credits can be applied to either order type.
Game Condition Requirements
Games you send us (for swap or trade-in) must meet these standards:
✓ Include the original game case
✓ Be fully functional and readable
✓ Have no major scratches or damage
✓ Not be cracked, warped, or modified
Minor cosmetic wear may be acceptable.
Items that don't meet requirements may:
- Receive a reduced valuation
- Be declined
- Be returned at the customer's expense
Final acceptance and valuation are confirmed only after physical inspection.
