Orders
Orders are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Stock errors
- Pricing errors
- Fraud suspicion
💰 In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Swap, Payment & Fulfilment
Swap orders can be fulfilled in-person (Sydney) or via post (AU-wide). Payment is accepted via card (Stripe) or pay-in-person for in-person pickups. Even swaps at no extra cost require no payment.
Buy orders can be collected via locker pickup (Sydney) or shipped via post (AU-wide). Payment is accepted via card (Stripe) or PayID / bank transfer.
Reservation fees are non-refundable but are deducted from your final purchase price.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
