We email your tracking number once your order is posted. How long it takes is Australia Post's timing for your postcode: Australia Post delivery times.
Where we post
Anywhere in Australia, PO Boxes and parcel lockers included. We don't post overseas.

Is there a shop?
No shop and no set hours. When your order is ready we text or email you and agree a time and place to hand it over.
Can I pay when I collect?
Yes. Choose Pay In Person at checkout and pay when we hand over your order: cash, card or PayID. Your order is held for you with nothing to pay up front. You can also pay online by card, PayPal, PayID or bank transfer.

Our prepaid Australia Post label is on us: a QR code to show at any post office, or a label you print.
Trade-in
A prepaid Australia Post QR code: free when you send 3 or more games, or for your first label when you're signed in. Otherwise the label fee shows before you submit and comes off your payout.

If something goes wrong
My parcel is late, or says delivered but isn't here
Email us with your order number. We'll lodge an investigation with Australia Post and stay with you through it; what happens next depends on what they find.
