Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method as described below.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A faulty product
  • An item significantly not as described
  • The wrong product

We may request:

  • Photos of the item
  • A description of the issue

If confirmed as defective or incorrect:

  • We will cover return shipping
  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method

Return Window & Process

Step 1

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@reposwitch.com.au with photos and a description of the issue.

Step 2

Once your return is approved, ship the item back within 7 days of receiving return instructions from us.

Step 3

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

Faulty or incorrect items

We cover return shipping. A prepaid return label or return instructions will be provided once your return is approved. Return the item to the address supplied in our approval email.

Change of mind

Not accepted. Return shipping is not covered for change-of-mind requests.

Restocking fee: We do not charge a restocking fee on any approved return.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Where applicable under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to remedies consistent with statutory consumer guarantees.

Condition of Pre-Owned Products

All games sold are:

✓ Supplied with original box*

* Unless otherwise stated. Minor cosmetic wear may be present due to the pre-owned nature of the product.
