A purchase made at any hour of the day gets its full window in calendar days. No partial days. If a postal delivery takes longer than 3 days, contact us and we'll extend your trial fairly.

In both cases, the original price carries over fully — no restocking fee, no value loss. The game each player swaps into doesn't get a fresh No Regret window, so the deal stays fair on both sides. If a postal parcel arrives late and eats the trial, just contact us — we'll extend it.

Common questions

Who and what qualifies?

No Regret Swap is for registered RepoSwitch accounts — guest checkouts don't qualify, since the window is tied to your account.

Eligible games are any you bought outright through RepoSwitch. Games received through a swap (including the next game you swap into) don't qualify — otherwise the same item could be cycled forever.

Can I get a refund or store credit instead?

It's swap-only. You exchange the game for another at the same price you originally paid — no cash refund or store credit involved.

What if I miss the window or my parcel arrives late?

We budget 3 days for shipping on every postal order. If your parcel takes longer than that — or anything else cuts your trial unfairly short — just contact us. We'll extend the window so you still get a fair chance to try the game.

If you simply ran past the window with no shipping issue, the standard trade-in still applies at the current cash value.

What if the game is damaged?

The game has to come back in the condition you received it. Damage, missing artwork, or heavy scratches mean it falls outside the No Regret window.

Can I extend the window myself?

Not directly — but our team adjusts it case-by-case for shipping delays and genuine edge cases. Reach out and we'll handle it.

Can I combine it with other promos?

No — No Regret Swap can't be stacked with other promotions or discounts. It applies on its own to eligible purchases.
