Post Swap
Swap by mail from anywhere in Australia
- Send yours first: pay only the swap price, we check your game, then post yours.
- Get yours now: pay the store price, we post straight away, and pay you your game’s value once it passes our check.
- Prepaid AusPost postage either way: a QR code to show at the post office, or a label you print.
Swap Guide
Which games can I swap?
Any game on the store with the swap badge is available. Your game must be a Nintendo Switch title in acceptable condition.
Condition matters
Games should be complete with case and artwork. Damaged, missing, or heavily scratched items may receive a reduced value or be declined.
How long does it take?
Pick Up: Walk in and walk out — a few minutes.
Post Swap: We process your game after receiving it, then you complete your swap online.
Can I swap multiple games?
Yes — pair as many of your games as you like with store games in a single session. Each pair shows its own You Pay amount, and the totals add up at checkout.
