We've added a new way to explore the store — Game Collections. Browse curated lists like Mario, Pokémon, Best Co-op, and Switch 2 games, or pick by publisher, genre, cover language, or condition. Look for the Browse menu in the Sale page header.
Ask Repo for sale prices, trade-in values, or swap costs and get an answer in seconds. Each quote includes one-tap buttons to add the game straight to your cart or trade-in list — no retyping titles. Repo lives on the bottom-right of the Home, Store, Swap, and Trade-In pages, or open it full-screen at /chat.
You can now combine multiple trade-in games into one Swap to fund a single store game. Pick up to 3 of your games, hit Combine, and we'll add up their swap value toward whatever you're swapping for. If your games are worth more than the store game, the extra comes back to you in cash, store credit, PayPal, or PayID — your choice at checkout.
Swap something more valuable than what you're picking up? You now get the difference back — pick how at checkout: store credit, PayID, or PayPal (Post Swap). Cards in the swap browser also show when you're covered or owed.
A few rough edges got smoothed out: Swap entry points (from Sale, My Games, and Trade-In) now reliably set up your draft and don't overwrite a swap you're already pairing. The Trade-In list no longer shows $0 for some games or errors out when adding items. And switching payment methods at checkout no longer locks you out of changing it again.
On phones, you'll now see a Swap / Sale / Trade-In bar pinned to the bottom of every browsing page. One tap takes you between the three things you actually came here to do. Plus, opening the site on a phone now lands you straight on the store.
Every game you buy now comes with a No Regret Swap window: 3 days from pickup, or 3 days shipping + 3 days to try if it's posted to you. Don't love it? Swap it for full price toward another game — no questions, no penalty. See your eligible games on My Games, or learn more on the No Regret Swap page.
PayPal is now an option at checkout — pay with your PayPal balance, linked card, or bank account, and skip typing card details.
Every account now gets $5 store credit on us. Just sign in — we'll add it to your balance automatically, ready to use on your next pickup. One-time per account.
Pay by PayID or bank transfer without creating an account. After placing your order, complete the transfer and tap "I've Paid" on the confirmation page within 10 minutes — we'll be notified instantly and verify it for you.
Swap 2 or more games in one order and you'll automatically save $5 at the in-person checkout, or ship them for free with Post Swap. The discount shows up in your cart and totals — no codes needed.
Post your game to us instead of dropping in. Once it passes inspection, we'll mail you your store game. Bonus: Standard Shipping is FREE when you swap 2 or more games in one go.
Fixed layout on narrower phone screens (iPhone SE, smaller Android). Prices, game titles, policy pages, and checkout fields no longer overflow or feel cramped.
Skip the sign-up. You can now send in a Trade-In or book an in-person Swap using just an email and phone number. We'll link everything to your account the moment you sign up later. Some account-level features still require sign-in so we can keep your progress safe.
The product page now shows a "Swap within $X" button for eligible games, so you can see upfront how little you'd pay when swapping. Games below the swap threshold no longer show the swap button.
The swap page now lets you pick your games right at the top — browse popular titles or select from your library without leaving the page. Clear labels guide each step: choose your game, then pick from the store.
You can now watch the YouTube trailer, visit the Nintendo page, or check IGDB directly from the game detail popup — no need to open the full product page first.
Your game library now shows total trade-in values (cash) at a glance. Select multiple games to batch-trade them all at once, or request quotes for all unpriced games in one tap.
No more navigating away to request a trade-in price. Tap any game in My Games to see its values and request a quote or confirm a stale price — right from the detail card.
You can now choose "Pay in Person" when checking out an in-person swap. Just pay at the counter when you pick up — no need to enter card details online.

You can now select multiple trade-in games and pair each one with a store game — all in a single swap session. Each pair shows its own "You Pay" amount. Build your swap cart, review everything, then check out once.
A new swap cart panel slides in on desktop (or expands from the bottom on mobile) showing all your swap pairs with cover art, game names, and what you pay for each.

Swap is now front and centre in the header navigation on every page — including Trade-In pages. The header nav shows Swap first, in amber, so you always know where to go.
When browsing as a guest and selecting games for a swap, both your trade-in game and store game are now remembered after you sign in. Previously the store game selection was lost and you had to re-pick it.
Your shopping cart count now shows correctly on Dashboard, My Orders, and My Games. Previously it appeared empty when leaving the Store page.

Read the guideSome games don't have a fixed trade-in value yet. You can now request a quote for any unpriced game directly from the Trade-in Values page. Once we set the price, we'll confirm your offer.
If a game you want to trade in hasn't been assessed yet, the swap flow now handles the photo submission inline. We'll review your game and confirm the final swap price before anything is committed.
Every game now has its own page with a direct link you can share. When you paste a game link on Discord, iMessage, or social media, it shows the cover art, price, and availability automatically.
Some Pokémon titles include special characters (™, ♥, ♦, ♣, ♠) that were previously showing as garbled text in search and game listings. These now display correctly across the store.
On mobile, switching to a later page in the store was snapping the view to the bottom of the results. Fixed — page turns now stay at the top of the game list.
Some guest orders (placed without an account) were getting stuck and not completing after payment. Fixed — guest orders now process and confirm reliably.
You can now add a short note to any order at checkout — useful for special delivery instructions, address access notes, or anything you want us to know.
You no longer need to sign in to browse the store or check trade-in values. Only sign in when you are ready to buy, swap, or submit a trade-in.
Fixed an issue where guest orders sometimes showed a blank confirmation page after payment. Order details, confirmation email, and post-payment status now work correctly.
You can now buy without creating an account. Enter your name and email at checkout — no password, no account required.
Sign in with just your email — no password needed. We'll send you a one-click login link straight to your inbox.
Previously, applying an expired promo code at checkout would fail silently — the discount wouldn't apply but there was no error message. A clear error now shows so you know the code is no longer valid.
If you have Repo Credits, the store now shows you the actual price you'd pay after credits are applied — directly on each game card. A game that costs $49.99 with $30 in credits shows $19.99. Credits are pre-applied at checkout so you just pay the remaining balance.
Signed up for a back-in-stock notification on a sold-out game? Those alerts now send reliably when the game returns to the store.
Your shipping address is now auto-saved after your first order. Next time you check out, your address is pre-filled — no need to retype it.
We now have a Discord community. Join to ask questions, suggest games, get notified about deals, or just chat about Nintendo Switch.
Fixed an issue where some card payments at checkout were failing silently. Payment processing is now stable across all order types.
We've rebuilt the store from the ground up. Compared to the previous Wix site (which was buy-only), the new Repo Switch includes: full Swap (trade a game + pay a little extra), Trade-in with online photo assessment, Appointment Booking, Repo Credits in-store credit system, Promo Code support, order Email Confirmations, Game Version & Edition labels (AUS/US/EUR/JPN), a My Games Library, Wishlist with back-in-stock alerts, and Google sign-in.
